In-person convention events will take place at the Sheraton Downtown Denver in Denver, Co. LWVUS has reserved a room block for our attendees at a discounted rate of $209/night. Rooms in this block can only be booked using this link.

Convention events will start on Thursday and the first plenary session will be Friday afternoon. We plan to finish plenary and adjourn Convention on Sunday by noon.

Denver International Airport (DEN) is 26 miles from the hotel. The hotel does not offer its own shuttle but private shuttles can be arranged or attendees can book their own taxi or ride sharing car.

Attendees can also take the A Line Commuter Train from the airport to Denver Union Station and take the free MallRide bus from the station to the hotel. More information can be found here.

If you are driving onsite parking is available for a $40/day fee. 

Hotel check-in is 4:00pm.

The hotel is located on the 16th Street Mall, a pedestrian only road offering a variety of attractions and food options.
